Returns & Exchanges

At AM Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AM Store account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
